Philosophy of ELL Teaching
THE MISSION OF AN ELL DEPARTMENT IS TO BRING EQUITABLE ACCESS TO ALL STUDENTS WHO ARE LEARNING THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE BY DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE PARTNERSHIPS WITH CONTENT TEACHERS IN ORDER TO IMPLEMENT VARIOUS CO-TEACHING STRUCTURES AND STYLES WHILE DIFFERENTIATING ASSIGNMENTS AND ASSESSMENTS.
